Any pet owners, professional dog walkers, kennel owners, dog trainers, dog groomers, dog boarders – in fact anyone who has contact with a cat, dog or small animal!

What’s covered on the course?

All of the Pet First Aid Courses are fully CPD accredited (4 hours of CPD) and certified by ProTrainings Ltd. The course will cover the following topics:

  • Basic First Aid including wound care, bandaging, CPR, drowning, snake bites and much more!
  • The importance of veterinary care
  • Keeping your pet safe in emergencies
  • Prevention of pet injuries
  • How to recognise and deal with injuries
  • Dealing with cats and small animals
  • Travelling with your pet
  • Includes practice with CPR and bandaging

The next course will be held at Hordle Pavilion, Vaggs Lane, Hordle SO41 0FP on Sunday 17th November 2024 from 10.00am-2.00pm – only 3 places left!

Each 4 hour course is £60. This includes an A5 Pet First Aid Student Manual, a Student First Aid Training Kit, certificate, optional weekly refresher emails and access to other discounted online courses. Oh, and tea and coffee of course!

Pet First Aid Kits will be available to purchase on the day.
